Irwin Army Community Hospital Project at Ft. Riley
Get a QuoteIrwin Army Community Hospital at Ft. Riley is a busy place. On an average day, 1,594 clinical patients are seen, 11 surgical cases are handled and three babies are delivered. Their expansion project would result in 47% more space to serve these deserving individuals.
The Project
The need to provide quality healthcare to the community of soldiers, families and local veterans is great – and Irwin Army Community Hospital answers that call every day. They provide services for approximately 50,000 beneficiaries, including active-duty soldiers, military families and veterans. The goal of the project was to increase the facility’s medical capacity to provide inpatient, outpatient and ancillary medical services.
During the extensive construction phase, all equipment needed to be stored safely and securely. Everything from desk chairs to surgical equipment and high-tech machines.
