Gift Card Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The referral program is open to [customers/employees/partners] of Interstate Moving Relocation Logistics, its parent and affiliated companies (“Interstate”).
• Referrals must be for new customers who are not already in the Interstate database.
• The referring individual (“Referrer”) and the referred individual (“Referral”) must both comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Referral Process

• Referrals must be submitted through designated link [designated form/link/email] provided by Interstate. All required information must be provided to be eligible.
• The Referrer must provide accurate information about the Referral.

3. Gift Card Rewards

• The Referrer will receive a gift card worth One Hundred dollars ($100.00) for each successful referral. The type of gift card shall be at the discretion of Interstate.
• A successful referral is defined as a Referral who books a local, long distance, storage or international move with Interstate and pays all monies due for the move.
• The gift card will be delivered to the Referrer via email within 30 days after a successful referral.

4. Conditions

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make, unless stated otherwise.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Interstate reserves the right to verify the identity of the Referrer and Referral and their compliance with these terms and conditions.
• Multiple referrals of the same individual by different referrers will be awarded based on the earliest submission.

5. Disqualification

• Referrals that do not meet the criteria outlined in these terms and conditions will not be eligible for the gift card reward.
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards earned.

6. Program Modifications and Termination

• The Gift Card Referral program is valid from August 5, 2024 through December 31, 2024.
• Interstate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the program will not affect rewards earned on successful referrals completed before the date of the change.

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Interstate will handle all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
• The Referrer agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained through the referral process.

8. Taxation

• Any applicable taxes on the gift card rewards are the sole responsibility of the Referrer.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Interstate is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, communication failures, or any other issues that may prevent the proper submission and processing of referrals.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising under this program will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any legal proceedings will be held in Fairfax County, Virginia.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• Participation in the gift card referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
