(INVA), both leading providers of global moving, relocation and logistics services, today announced that they have been ranked in the top 2% of household goods movers by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). Both companies are part of the Interstate Family of Companies, which serve the federal civilian, national intelligence and U.S. defense agencies, as well as emerging growth and enterprise commercial entities.
The GSA’s Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP) ranks its approximately 86 U.S. service providers using a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score. The CSI is a performance metric based upon the relocating employee’s and government agency’s satisfaction, and it measures individual performance against the average level of customer satisfaction across all companies participating in CHAMP.
