The Interstate family of companies started as a local moving and storage business in Washington, DC in 1943. Our three Washington, DC metropolitan area facilities (Landover, MD, Dulles, VA and Springfield, VA) will serve their customers with “Top Hat®” moving services as a northAmerican agent.
We are licensed and operate as a 48-state carrier with our three large local terminal facilities. We offer drivers dependable, impeccably clean and well-maintained equipment, along with:
- Steady annual tonnage
- Two (2) driver contract options: Percentage-based or Company Driver program
- O/O settlements 2x per week
- Permanently assigned trailers and on-board equipment
